1. Terms: all prices listed are retail, cash prices. Credit will only be granted to approved clients, on a strict 30 day basis unless otherwise negotiated.
2. Discount will be allowed for large orders and or frequency of orders, and the rate will be determined when quoting each order.
3. All prices exclude any form of delivery, bulk order delivery rates will be quoted upon enquiry and are subject to availability.
4. Discounts and settlement discounts are calculated before transport costs and VAT (Value Added Tax) are added.
5. No deliveries will be made to clients whose accounts are overdue.
6. All claims and discrepancies must be lodged within 48 hrs of receipt of goods and invoice.
